This might not always be feasible, though. In these situations, we will in fact contact you via phone or email with an expected Time of Arrival (ETA). Please refer to the product page’s description for a precise delivery schedule, as certain customized orders may require a longer lead time.

You may be sure that your order will be completely covered for your comfort. When your item is delivered, you will need to sign for it. You will also receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it is shipped, allowing you to follow your order online at any time. Depending on the option you choose, we might also text you the day your order is delivered to let you know.

If the order value exceeds 200 €, we provide free shipping on qualified items. Batteries are among the product categories that are not eligible for free shipping.

We provide a return policy of 1-3 business days with no questions asked because we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. To let us know that you want to swap or cancel, just send us a letter within one to three business days of receiving your goods. Once we receive the item back in its original packing and in unused condition, we will offer a complete refund.If the item is not in its original packing and has been used, we will not be able to accept a return.
